Welcome! Affinity Transcription Services is a web-based company that operates out of Toronto, Ontario. Affinity offers medical, legal, and general transcription services as well as proofreading services to physicians, therapists, lawyers, ESL speakers, and more.

I am a highly trained, well-rounded individual with an affinity for the English language as well as solid computer skills. I am trained in almost all medical specialties and also have QA (Quality Assurance) experience in the legal transcription field. As I do not subcontract work out, I am personally responsible for the confidentiality and quality of every document I process. My rates are very competitive and my number one priority is accuracy.
